AGAIN AGAIN
Guilt-free Cups Deluxe....
After a light bulb moment in March 2018, in which Nada Piatek Managing Director, (pictured) saw a systematic approach to addressing single-use waste in the coffee industry, Again Again was born – and so was the reusable takeaway coffee cup revolution.
"Again Again offers a sustainable solution – in a Kiwi industry that sees 295 million single-use cups entering landfills and the ecosystem annually – through a reusable and refundable coffee cup share system, which stops upwards of 820,000 single-use cups entering landfills annually.” Nada tells us.
The reusable steel cups are available with a deposit and return at participating cafes, giving coffee fiends peace of mind with every sip.

DOSEBUDDY
$20k in 3 Hours. The Parents Have Spoken
Born from one Kiwi mum's 3am frustration with a sucky disposable syringe, DoseBuddy was built to fix a problem every parent knows but nobody had bothered to solve.
Founder Sasha McLeod (pictured), surveyed nearly 200 parents: 81% said the numbers rubbed off their syringe, 78% said it didn't reach the medicine. Nobody had fixed it. So she did.
Two years of development later: a reusable liquid medicine syringe with laser-etched markings, a silicone sleeve for grip, and a bottle adapter that draws medicine straight from the bottle.
$58k raised via PledgeMe, 4,000+ waitlist sign-ups, 1 News coverage, 2,000+ units sold, 100+ five-star reviews, patent pending. Proof that nobody is more determined than a sleep deprived mum.

LEADERSHIP OS by Orion
Helping People Lead, Not Just Keep Up
As AI reshapes work, organisations will succeed by how quickly their people can adapt, align, decide, and lead through changing conditions. Orion Group builds Leadership OS for that challenge.
Built from Wellington for a global shift, Leadership OS helps people build capability in the flow of real work, not outside it. It turns development into a weekly rhythm of personalised practice, reflection, community, and feedback, supported by digital tools that make growth visible.
"Orion's mission is to help people shape the future of work, not simply keep up with it, by building the human capabilities technology makes more valuable: judgement, trust, adaptability, and leading change, "explains Co Founder Chris Rosato (pictured).
The promise is simple: growth people can feel, and capability organisations can see.

levo
impact Facts
levo is a practitioner-designed outcomes measurement model developed by Kāpiti Youth Support to help organisations understand how to improve outcomes.
Following a tragic cluster of youth suicides, levo was developed alongside clinicians, Te Ao Māori advisors, evaluation specialists, and researchers. Grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā, it tracks change across 18 interconnected wellbeing subdomains.
levo helps practitioners, funders, researchers, and communities connect frontline practice to measurable social, cultural, and economic outcomes.
"Organisations are expected to demonstrate impact, yet many lack the tools needed to understand what is changing, what is working, and where support needs to improve
levo was created to bridge that gap” explains Raechel Osborne (pictured), Founder and CEO.

SPECULO
5 Controls To Change Everything
"Every security team has the same problem: hundreds of controls to implement, no clear sense of which to do first. Speculo's cyber risk intelligence platform answers that question" promises CEO Chris Hawksworth (pictured).
Deployed in 2024, the engine maps each cyber controls to enterprise risks , weighted by organisational importance and maturity gap, then ranks every control by its risk reduction impact as a percentage.
The top five controls typically account for more than half of achievable risk reduction.
No expensive actuarial consultants, no months of setup, just a ranked list a CISO or CIO can take straight to a board meeting.
Backed by a Callaghan Innovation R&D funding and two years of CISO interviews. Nothing like it exists in the New Zealand market.
